Gary is the company founder, a mechanical engineer with a long history in the performance and racing business. Although semi-retired, he maintains a strong presence in all the phases of business.

He says he can't retire, he has over 6,000 customers to look after.
Chuck Watts is our Chief Technical Officer, as well as our Chief Technician in the performance shop. He's a 20 year veteran with Z Sport and recognized as one of the best "Go Fast" guys in the business. Chuck has an international reputation for Forced Induction, Engine Management Systems, and Dyno Tuning work. He is personable, a good communicator, and a favorite of our customers.
Isaac is our Honda Expert. He builds and races Hondas when he is not working on them at Z Sport. Isaac is an excellent general technician with full ASE Certifications, and a valued team member in our overall quality programs. This is a guy that does it right the first time.
Charles is Z Sport's Parts & Service Manager. After moving here from Hawaii, he completed 3 years at an Auto Tech School in California and worked 2 years of commercial/wholesale business. He is our long-term business manager, totally dedicated to his customers and his employees. Charles is a Subaru race enthusiast, as well as a gun collector and a skilled marksman.
Arlene is our Z Sport Office Manager. In addition to overseeing day to day accounting functions, she is an accomplished and degreed person in computing and is a trained paralegal. She is also a certified Washington State Motor Vehicle Title Clerk. She's also a terrific support to all the business employees.
James is currently Z Sport Performance's Assistant Manager, and is also involved in Z Sport's marketing; developing and maintaining the Z Sport website, creating Z Sport's graphics & logos, among other things. Before moving to Washington, James grew up in Japan. James is a skilled skateboarder as well as a huge DRIFT enthusiast and drifts his 240sx at most of the local events and exhibitions in Washington and Oregon.
Mike is a Master Technician who first started to work at Z Sport in 1996. He is recognized as one of the best Mustang performance guys around. He is an expert at dyno tuning, all types of forced induction, and a superb street rod builder. Mike has a real passion for the "Go Fast - Look Good" side of the car business. He has 30 years of direct experience building and modifying specialty cars.
John is our Chief Diagnostic Technician. An ASE Certified Master Technician with 23 years of automotive diagnostic experience. He grew up in North Seattle and is a classic car nut. Most of John's off hours are currently spent with his 48 Willys. John is quiet, unassuming and very good at his job. He always finds the time to do the extra things his customers appreciate.
Meet the staff!
Bryan DeRosa
Bryan manages the performance side of our business. He is a 15 year veteran of automotive service, repair, and maintenance. He is a turbocharging / supercharging / engine management expert and practices his trade in his private life with his partner. Between them they drive and race 10 different Mitsubishi vehicles (she drives the really fast ones!) You will find bryan friendly, knowledgeable, and always looking after his customer's best interest.
Maxwell "Max" Miller
Max works in both our maintenance and performance business. He is an excellent mechanic/technician and is our dyno tuning apprentice. Max enjoys billiards and relaxing when away from work. He owns several Mitsubishi vintage performance vehicles and practices his trade at home as well as work. Max is a good guy, good citizen, and a trusted and respected Z Sport Team Member.
